Hey, Everyone! Well, here’s the basics: My name is Rebecca Craven, I’m 17, a junior at Palisades High School, and I live in Pennsylvania. I have four brothers and one sister all of whom I get along with pretty well. I’m originally from New Jersey but moved here about 8 years ago. Currently I live at a summer boys camp where my dad is the maintenance director.
I love to read but recently haven’t had much time. I love being outside, camping especially. I’ve taken a little Spanish and am absolutely ecstatic to go to Mexico and see if I can talk to them in their own language. It’s gonna be such a great time and I really can not wait! I can’t wait to start meeting all of the people and spreading God’s love.
This is my first missions trip as well as my first time outside the country and, despite my enthusiasm, am pretty nervous about the whole ordeal. Thankfully, I have an amazing God at my side who will, no doubt, get me through all of it….somehow. =]
